电话录音卡: In the hours of distress and miser, the eyes of every mortal man turn to friendship;in the hour of gladness and conviviality ,what is our want?It is friendship. When the heart overflows with gratitude,or with any other sweet and sarced sentiment, what is the world to which it would give utterance?a friend.

Beauty Isn't Always In The Eye Of The Beholder!

  • Love: I'm of African, Native American, Indian, European descent and proud of it!
  • Relationships: I love passing out hugs, no matter what the color.

I was surfing through Google's new video section today when I ran across a video that was very disturbing to me. It's about the young African Americans and what they think of themselves. Watch the video and tell me what you think!

It's one thing that I learned at a very young age, you have to love yourself first before you can love anyone else. A leopard can't change its stripes. God made each and everyone of us and he doesn't make mistakes. If you are Asian, Caucasian, African, etc. be happy with what you are! God made you that way for a reason.

I had a bunch of associates that I used to work with several years ago that were always trying to change their appearance by dying their hair, tanning or something. It's not what's on the outside it's the inside that counts. I'm talking about the heart and the mind. If you have a good heart and your life is based on treating people the way you want to be treated, you should be doing well in life. You shouldn't be worrying about the color or your skin. I wasn't raised to pay attention to color and I'm glad of it!!

While I agree with the majority of your post, one thing that irks me is this:

Leopards have spots. Tigers have stripes.

Anyways, nice post

:):-? Thanks Angela for pointing out that Leopard's have spots. When I read your reply and reviewed the journal entry, I had to laugh at myself.
